Recognized by Authority Magazine as a “Rising Woman in Cannabis,” Alexandria’s background includes over 13 years of management, marketing, and business development experience, primarily in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. She has worked with companies of all sizes, from small start-ups to large, Fortune 500 companies, both within the US and in the Asia-Pacific and European markets.
After working with some of the most well-known, multi-million dollar global brands, such as Hot Wheels®, World Wrestling Entertainment®, Disney Princess®, Warner Bros®, and Uno®, and building three eCommerce businesses from the bottom up, Alexandria has established a track record of success building and growing businesses through a combination of creative, out-of-the-box ideas, ROI-driven strategy, and a heavy emphasis building a great customer experience.
Alexandria holds her MBA from University of Southern California (USC) and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from University of Arizona.
JJ has been in the construction industry for over 12 years with a specialization in building ground up cannabis facilities of various systems and sizes. JJ has spent the past 5 years as the VP of construction fine tuning the building process for such facilities.
JJ had the opportunity to visit operational facilities in Colorado before the California cannabis market took off and to be specifically trained on the process of manufacturing and growing from building phase through operation. This specialized training has allowed him to successfully implement procedures that foresee and overcome hurdles before construction begins by emphasizing in pre-construction. By doing this, he has removed the majority of the unexpected cost increases resulting in a seamless build-out that has achieved above client expectations. JJ has personally overseen the completion of state-of-the-art Cultivation and Manufacturing facilities, and has a network with building industry leaders for the latest innovations. By keeping up with the latest government codes and rules, JJ Loder has positioned himself as the most sought out cannabis facility builder in California.
Dale has been an attorney for over thirty years and a specialist in cannabis law for over two decades.
Prior to legalization, Dale represented thousands of growers and medical cannabis patients. Since 2018, he has represented businesses in all parts of the supply chain as they moved from temporary to full state licenses. He is currently building businesses from scratch as well as M & A, due diligence, compliance, mediation and expert opinions in the California regulated cannabis industry.
Michelle has been active in the field of accounting since 1987 and is licensed with the State Board of Accountancy.
Her interests focus primarily on audit and accounting issues for a wide spectrum of clientele. She has extensive experience in the area of audits of non-profit organizations and local governments, in particular with OMB Circular A-133.
In addition to Michelle's audit activities, she consults with emerging companies on accounting and tax issues. Michelle also has extensive working knowledge of the implementation and support of a variety of accounting systems.
Michelle's activities in the professional community include Treasurer and Charter member of both Luna Vista Rotary and Tip It of Sacramento, She was also the 2008-09 State President of the Society of California Accountants and she is still an active board member. She is also a member of the California CPA Society and serves on the Internal Revenue Service's Practitioner Liaison Committee in Sacramento.
Alex Chompff has been working closely with entrepreneurs for many years. After serving as a United States Marine, he directed technology for the world’s largest venture capital firms throughout the height of the .com boom.
Since then, Mr. Chompff has raised millions of dollars and cofounded several startups. Today, Evolution Accelerator works with teams of investors and advisors to help growth-stage entrepreneurs prepare for professional investment.
